Modern Soapbox

Before I prepare the ground beef for the burgers tonite, I will supply you folks with a short and sweet post.

I didn’t do well again on my exam yesterday. I’m gonna have to make a solid B on the final exam to pass the course otherwise I’m just gonna have to take the axe and find some other profession to make a career with.

My final exam is this Friday, so I’m definitely sweating and studying as much as possible. The 40-hour work week and lack of motivation make perfect excuses for my poor performance in that class and throw in the fact that I had to wait about two years to get in the program. By the time I got in, I was feeling less about it ’cause it’s taken so long.

Wish me the greatest luck on this final ’cause I feel like I can redeem myself this Friday. I also love my sleep and dreams which seem to have brought me down a bit but that’s not going to change. I’ve already sacrificed enough sleepless nights to the cause.

Work is good. Nothing much has changed, and I like it that way. I’m gonna take off on Thursday to study über hard for the final exam.

Yesterday, I ate the Bell and a Crown burger, some Doritos, and some double dark chocolate gelato. I also had a dream the night before that seemed like an average day I have in the real world but seemed more eerie than the strange dreams I have. I must’ve been stuck in that dream for who knows how long ’cause it went thru a day for a while and I ran into so many people and did things I normally do on a normal day.

Time to get to the hot beef injection. Burgers and home fries tonight! DEE-lish!
