Modern Soapbox

With school off my back, I feel free. I feel whole again not having to experience The Worst Days Ever. I don’t have to show up to work tired as a horse and feel time tick oh so slow. I can concentrate on my creative endeavors again and feel less miserable about existing.

I really enjoy working where I work. It may not pay a bunch, but I’m content with it and it takes care of the bills. They treat me well, and I don’t have to deal with customers.

I’m serious here. On the days of waking up too early or not even sleeping at all, I was in a dream-like state ’cause that was the only way I could stay sane.

I hope you can understand how happy I really am with the decision I made.
