the grey poupon

I’ve been asked to try these Grey Poupon mustards and give an honest review. Grey Poupon has been a favorite of mine for quite a while. Mustard never seemed so classy until this brand came along.

Pardon me, do you have any Grey Poupon?

We gave a taste of each type of mustard received on ham and cheese sandwiches. Using nothing fancy for the sandwiches would let these condiments shine if they proved so.

The Harvest Coarse Ground is an interesting blend. This was made with whole mustard seeds. The flavor packed a punch, but the texture was a bit too gritty for my liking. If you’re a mustard fan, then I suggest trying it out.

Grey Poupon Harvest Coarse Ground mustard is a specialty mustard lover’s dream. It goes great with sandwiches, but I feel it wouldn’t go so great with hot dogs. It would make the perfect ingredient for a pork rub for grilling.

The Hearty Spicy Brown is more of what I’m looking for in mustard. The ingredients that make it stand out from other mustard blends are the onions, garlic, horseradish and apple cider vinegar. This mustard is perfect for sandwiches and would also make an excellent pork rub. It would actually go well with hot dogs, too.

I’m a fan of mustard. These two blends are approved in my book. The Hearty Spicy Brown is much better Harvest Coarse Ground, because it’s closer to the formula I enjoy. Fancy mustard is always good to have around when your sandwich needs that unique flavor to make it that much better.
